    Our American customers are important to us and will always remain so.  We do not bear ill will against any of our US neighbors and see this for what it is, political posturing by politicians on both sides of the border.  Unfortunately, these recent events have thrown our international sales into chaos, and we want to assure our international customers that we will continue to monitor the situation and maintain business as usual for as long as possible.

     

    Our products are made in Canada and therefore ship free of duty and tariffs for now.  We will continue to offer flat rate or free shipping to all our US customers based on our shipping standards, and In the event that Tariffs are implemented prior to your order being shipped we will bear the cost of those tariffs for all existing orders.  If Tariffs are imposed while your order is in transit, you will be assessed the tariffs on delivery, but we will reimburse you for the cost. 

     

    Once Tariffs come in to affect, and the "Deminimus clause has been revoked, we will be forced to re-evaluate our shipping terms.

    ~  Our pro staff program is strictly intended to promote POW Casting & POW Plastics and it's partners.  ~

    ~  Pro staff members must maintain a social media presence that is not controversial or decisive.  ~

    ~  Pro staff members must follow all laws and regulations and conduct themselves in a sportsman like and ethical manner.  ~

    ~  Pro staff members must like and share pertinent social media posts from POW Casting, POW Plastics and partner brands.  ~

    ~  Pro staff members must promote POW Casting and POW Plastics on social media.  ~

    ~  Represent POW Casting and POW Plastics when attending fishing related events throughout the year.  ~

     

    APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

    ~  First and foremost, applicants must be believers in POW Casting and POW Plastics products.  ~

    ~ Applicants should be proficient with POW Casting and POW Plastics products.  ~

    ~  Typically pro staff will have been using our products for a minimum of 1 season.  ~

    ~  Applicants must be active on multiple social media platforms.  ~

    ~  Applicants’ social media presence should not be controversial and / or divisive.  ~

    ~  Applicants cannot be sponsored by, or promoting, a brand that is a direct competitor to POW Casting or POW Plastics.  ~ 

     

    PRO STAFF BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION 

    ~  POW Casting and POW Plastics will promote our pro staff through our web site and social media presence.  ~

    ~  Access to POW Casting, POW Plastics and partner products at a discounted cost through our web site.  ~

    ~  Advanced access to new POW Casting and POW Plastics products and products under development.  ~

    ~  Ability to provide input and influence new products we are developing.  ~

    ~  Swag package that includes hats, shirts, stickers and promotional items.  ~

    ~  Promotional Credit towards our website at the mid-point (July 1) of the season.  ~

    ~  Promotional discount code to share with your customers and supporters.  ~

    ~  Sales commission on all sales you direct to our website.  ~
