    Our American customers are important to us and will always remain so.  We do not bear ill will against any of our US neighbors and see this for what it is, political posturing by politicians on both sides of the border.  Unfortunately, these recent events have thrown our international sales into chaos, and we want to assure our international customers that we will continue to monitor the situation and maintain business as usual for as long as possible.

     

    Our products are made in Canada and therefore ship free of duty and tariffs for now.  We will continue to offer flat rate or free shipping to all our US customers based on our shipping standards, and In the event that Tariffs are implemented prior to your order being shipped we will bear the cost of those tariffs for all existing orders.  If Tariffs are imposed while your order is in transit, you will be assessed the tariffs on delivery, but we will reimburse you for the cost. 

     

    Once Tariffs come in to affect, and the "Deminimus clause has been revoked, we will be forced to re-evaluate our shipping terms.

    SHIPPING

    POW Casting is a manufacturer and distributor, we are not a dedicated online marketplace.  Although we strive to keep stock and promptly fulfill online orders, during our busy seasons, we struggle to keep up and some of our orders are manufactured to spec when the order is received.  This may result in orders taking 3 - 5 business days to ship.  We will do our best to contact you if your order will take longer than 5 business days.  If you require our product faster you could try one of our POW Dealers, many of them have online stores or can accept phone orders.

     

    All orders are shipped via the most economical means, unless arranged prior to purchase.  Addittional cost may be incurred to orders requiring expidited shipping services.

    RETURNS

    At POW Casting we pride ourselves on providing a quality product at a fair price.  We produce most of our products in house, using the finest raw materials and services we can find.  For this reason, we stand behind our products 100%.  All our products carry a 90 day, no questions asked, satisfaction guarantee.

    If our product fails due to material defect or workmanship, we will warrant the product for the "reasonable service" life of the product.  For most of our products we deem "reasonable service" to be 5 years for recreational users and 3 years for professional users.  Under some circumstances we may, at our discretion, warrant products longer.  We reserve the right to refuse warranty to any product that has been dropped, modified, abused or used in a way for which it was not designed or intended.

     

    All returns must be approved before refund, or exchange, will be issued.
